Luxurious Ground Floor Suite

Whatever you are planning, we have applause worthy resources. Prestige Suite creates a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere that is perfect for your business event.

Description

Upon arrival your delegates are met with a stunning tiled entrance and a contrasting feature wall and will immediately appreciate the quality the venue has to offer.
The unique and stylish bar area with a capacity of up to 150 can be used as a signage or gathering area for events, or alternatively for after conference networking.
The stylish surroundings of Prestige Suite can be easily adapted to suit your brand and needs, so that your delegates or attendees will experience just the right corporate environment for your organisation.
The luxurious ground floor suite has a capacity of up to 800 in a theatre style and 700 in a banquet style, depending on whether a white LED dance floor is required.
There is a large raised stage area (9m by 3m) for key note speakers and presentations with a wireless microphone that is synced to the in-house sound system, available on request.

Break out area

The Imperial Room on the first floor can be used as a break out area with a capacity of up to 120 in a banquet style, or up to 200 in a theatre style. The room can also be used for small scale corporate events.

Equipment

The LED screens in the suite can be controlled from a stage laptop or PC ensuring that no-one will miss out on any crucial information. As well as this the screens are connected to a state of the art pan tilt zoom HD video camera located in the centre of the suite. The crystal clear output can be connected to the screens to show the event live, and even stream the output over the internet to delegates in other countries through a secure password protected IP address.
The venue has its own lighting rig and LED house lighting that is fully customisable (e.g. projection of a company logo onto a wall with the house lighting in the company colours). Investment in AV equipment has been extensive to ensure all delegates are left with a lasting impression.

Imperial Room

Ambient Luxury

For a more intimate dining experience we present the Imperial Room. Situated on the first floor it caters for up to 120 people in a banquet style or 200 people theatre style, with its own preparation kitchen.
It is very flexible in the options it presents, and is suitable as a pre-function room in conjunction with the Prestige Suite, for small-scale dinner dances, as a meeting or conference room and for weddings. The Imperial Room also has facilities for people with disabilities.

Description

Designed to maintain the ambient luxury of the Prestige Suite, the Imperial Room incorporates equally grand features including ornate plaster cornices and ceiling mouldings. The level of quality and the attention to detail parallels that of the ground floor suite whilst providing flexibility and style for a smaller audience.

Equipment

The room is equipped with a stunning and versatile 55 inch LED screen connected to an 8 by 8 Matrix that allows playback of DVD, video media and PowerPoint. All sources can be seamlessly switched via an IPAD.
We also have a high quality, multi zoned ceiling mounted distributed sound system, perfect for spoken word applications, with a wireless microphone provided on request. As with the Prestige Suite, the room is equipped with colour changing LED ceiling lights, creating a stunning ambiance.
Fully air conditioned, the Imperial Room has its own contemporary bar, stocked with a wide assortment of beverages, and is available with a moveable dance floor.
